Anyone else develop shingles while on statin?

Yep..shingles is on my list of what happened to me when I was on statins. My husband has had shingles too..He is on lipitor and won't go off for some stubborn reason. (its his life)...anyway my nervous system was shot after 3 years on zocor..damaged the nerves in my feet. shingles..plus I had the muscle weakness. I also developted glaucoma while on zocor..thats a nerve thing in your eyes. escallated the growth of cataracts in my eyes. Caused my eyelid to droop...the list goes on and on. Since off statins I haven't gotten shingles again but I got the vaccine just to be safe. First time I have heard someone say this but considering what it does to your nerves it makes sense.
